Producer Notes: Georges Cordier, the grandfather of the current owners was one of the first to replant white wine in Médoc in the 1930’s. With a majority of Sauvignon, and a hint of Sémillon, Caillou Blanc is raised on its lees and stirred in a Burgundy manner. The wine is very aromatic, with a lively personality and responsiveness one finds again and again through all the vintages.
